Romanian Classical Psychodrama Association – Romania

The goals of the Romanian Association of Classical Psychodrama (A.R.Psi.C.) are:

  • to promote theoretical and applied psychodrama techniques, the method of sociometry, psychotherapeutic groups and other related methods and guide the practice and the research in this area;
  • to promote and certify the psychotherapist’s/ trainer’s status in classical psychodrama method and offer professional supervision;
  • to facilitate communication between professionals.
  • In order to achieve these goals, ARPsi.C. engages in the following:

  • organizes training courses and workshops in psychodrama;
  • organizes meetings for debating the latest trends in psychodrama and psychotherapy;
  • sustain the scientific research in this field;
  • collaborate, cooperate and exchange information between psychodrama specialists and psychotherapists belonging to other theoretical orientations, from the country and abroad;
  • collaborate with different national and international companies and scientific, cultural and humanitarian associations, interested in supporting and promoting trainings for the specialists;
  • facilitate the dissemination of information in the field of psychodrama;
  • affiliate to national and international professional bodies;
  • initiate projects to gain financial autonomy;
  • edit and print of scientific publications;
  • promote the association’s activities in the community.
  • Starting from 1996, ARPsiC has published a scientific journal called: “Psychodrama”.
